Quality project opportunities for Austin subcontractors. Trestle Club helps contractors find and claim project opportunities by trade and ZIP. Each opportunity can only be claimed by one company in your trade. Founding contractors get 3 exclusive claims free and early pricing before regular pricing goes live.
Most lead platforms sell the same lead to multiple contractors in the same trade. That creates bidding wars, lower margins, and wasted time.
Trestle gives one seat per trade group per ZIP. Once you claim an opportunity, it is removed for other companies in your trade group. Lock a ZIP and competitors in your trade group cannot claim first for 72 hours.
Speed matters when a GC is comparing subs. Trestle helps you find, claim, and follow up on opportunities before a competitor in your trade group gets there first.
One seat covers your trade group in one ZIP.
Select your trade specialty and the ZIP codes you work in. Trestle gives one seat per trade group per ZIP. A ZIP Lock Seat gives you first right to claim opportunities in that ZIP for your trade group — competitors in the same trade group cannot claim first for 72 hours. It does not block unrelated trade groups like electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
Organized by trade and ZIP. Ready when you are.
Matching project opportunities in your trade and ZIP are surfaced automatically. Available project details, GC contact info when found, and project scope are shown when you claim. You review the opportunity and decide if it is worth claiming — you are not committing to every project automatically.

Claim the opportunity, use Automated Takeoff to generate a draft takeoff and bid outline in seconds. Adjust your markup, click send, and a professional proposal goes to the GC's inbox. If the opportunity is later cancelled, your claim is refunded automatically.
No CRM fluff. No dynamic fluff. Just the three things subcontractors actually need: exclusivity, fair pricing, and a faster bid.

For the first 72 hours after a matching opportunity appears, competitors in your trade group cannot claim it. After 72 hours, if you have not claimed it, it opens to other paid users. How ZIP Lock Seats Work: A ZIP Lock Seat gives your company first right to claim opportunities in one ZIP for your trade group. For the first 72 hours after a matching opportunity appears, competitors in the same trade group cannot claim it. ZIP Locks protect your trade group — for example, an Interior Finish lock may cover related trades such as drywall, painting, and finishing work. It does not block unrelated trade groups like electrical, plumbing, or HVAC. If the ZIP Lock holder does not claim within 72 hours, the opportunity opens to all paid users.
Terms & Billing: Approved opportunity refunds are returned as claims only, not cash. Subscription fees are non-refundable. ZIP Lock gives first right to claim; it does not guarantee awarded work.
Transactional Communications: Account alerts (subscription changes, refund outcomes, ZIP lock events) are sent to all users and cannot be opted out — they are essential to operating the service.
Marketing Emails (Optional): Newsletters and promotional updates are only sent if you opt in at registration. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
SMS Notifications (Optional): Text-message bid alerts are only sent if you provide explicit consent at registration. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Straight answers about how Trestle works, what you get, and what you do not get.
Trestle Club helps Austin subcontractors find and claim quality project opportunities by trade and ZIP. Each opportunity can only be claimed by one company in the same trade group.
No. Trestle is not built around selling the same opportunity to multiple companies in the same trade group. Once an opportunity is claimed, it is removed for other companies in that trade group.
Founding contractors get 3 opportunities to claim for free, one time only — no credit card required. After those 3 claims are used, you can upgrade to Starter Bidder, Active Bidder, or ZIP Lock Seat.
A ZIP Lock Seat gives your company first right to claim opportunities in one ZIP for your trade group. For the first 72 hours after a matching opportunity appears, competitors in your trade group cannot claim it. You choose which opportunities to claim — ZIP Lock does not auto-claim everything.
No. ZIP Locks protect your trade group. An Interior Finish lock may cover related trades such as drywall, painting, and finishing work. It does not block unrelated trade groups like electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
Active Bidder lets you see open opportunities immediately with no 24-hour wait. ZIP Lock Seat does the same — plus it blocks same-trade-group competitors from claiming first in your locked ZIP for 72 hours. Active Bidder can still see those opportunities; they just cannot claim them while the lock holder has first right.
If the ZIP Lock holder does not claim the opportunity within 72 hours, it opens to all paid users. You are never forced to claim — you decide what is worth your time.
Yes. Unused paid claims roll over while your subscription remains active. Free founding claims do not roll over.
If an opportunity is cancelled, duplicated, or unusable under our refund rules, the claim is returned to your account automatically. Subscription fees are not refunded.
No. These are opportunities, not guaranteed jobs. The value is organized project details, exclusivity after claiming, and first right to claim if you lock a ZIP. Whether you win the job depends on your follow-up and your bid.
Yes. Each additional ZIP Lock Seat covers one ZIP for your trade group at the same monthly price. There is no cap on how many ZIPs you can lock.
Trestle Club is launching in Austin first. More cities may be added later based on demand.
