1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Trestle Club ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Billing Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility

Trestle Club is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. To register, you must:

Trestle Club is not available to general contractors, homeowners, real estate agents, or lead-reselling services.

3. Accounts & Verification

One account per business entity is permitted. You must verify your email address before accessing paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Trestle Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be operating in bad faith, sharing credentials, or misrepresenting business information.

4. Credits & Billing

Trestle Club operates on a credit system. Credits are used to claim leads and access contact information for general contractors. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits you authorize Trestle Club to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

Trestle Club offers recurring monthly subscription plans that include a credit grant each billing cycle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you are charged immediately for the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's fee. Monthly credit grants that have already been issued are not refunded upon cancellation.

Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased (pack) credits do not expire and carry forward indefinitely.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to subscription benefits until that date.

6. ZIP Lock Territories

ZIP Lock is an add-on that grants exclusive early access to new leads within a specific ZIP code and trade group for 72 hours after ingestion. During this window, competing subcontractors in the same trade group cannot see or claim those leads.

ZIP Lock subscriptions are recurring and subject to the same non-refundable billing policy as all subscriptions (see §5). Exclusivity applies only within the specified ZIP code and trade group. Trestle Club does not guarantee a minimum number of leads within any ZIP code or time period.

7. Lead Claims

Each lead claim costs 1 credit regardless of trade or project size. When you claim a lead, the general contractor's contact information (name, phone, email) is unmasked and visible to you only.

Claiming a lead does not guarantee a contract, a response from the general contractor, or that the project will proceed. Lead contact information is sourced from public permit records and third-party data enrichment services. Trestle Club does not verify the accuracy of contact details.

Each lead may only be claimed once per trade. Once claimed by another subcontractor in your trade group, the lead is no longer available to you.

8. Refund Policy

All refunds are returned as credits to your account balance. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstance.

Automatic Refunds

If the city cancels or withdraws a permit after you have claimed the corresponding lead, Trestle Club will automatically return 1.0 credit to your account. This refund is processed within 24 hours of the permit status change being detected by our system.

Scope Mismatch Disputes

If you believe the trade classification of a lead does not match the actual scope of work, you may submit a dispute within 14 days of your claim date. Disputes are reviewed by the Trestle Club admin team and are never automatically refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

9. Communications & Email Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive the following communications from Trestle Club:

These communications are necessary to operate your account. You may not opt out of transactional account emails (verification, billing, password reset). You may manage bid notification preferences from your account settings.

We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Trestle Club provides lead data sourced from public municipal permit records. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead, contact detail, or permit classification. Lead data is provided "as is" for informational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trestle Club's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of credits or fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Trestle Club is not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at knguyen@trestleclub.com. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees or unused credits.

Trestle Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
